1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing NeliteNine, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Access by individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited due to the nature of cognitive data collection.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the instrument.

2. Not a Medical Device

NeliteNine is a cognitive training tool for educational and performance purposes only.

It is not a medical device as defined by the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) or FDA. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition (including, but not limited to, ADHD, Dementia, or TBI).

Consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concerns. Reliance on any information provided by NeliteNine is solely at your own risk.

3. Integrity of Metrics (Anti-Cheat)

The NeliteNine Leaderboard is a professional benchmark. To maintain the integrity of our Fluid Intelligence (Gf) data, you agree NOT to:

  • Use automated scripts, bots, or "solver" software to manipulate N-Back or PASAT scores.
  • Engage in "smurfing" (creating multiple accounts to manipulate rankings).
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the application code.

Zero Tolerance Policy

We employ statistical heuristic detection to identify non-human reaction times. Accounts found violating these rules will be permanently terminated without refund.

4. Research & Data Use

By using NeliteNine, you acknowledge our right to process anonymized and de-identified performance data for scientific research, statistical analysis, and platform optimization, provided you have granted consent where required by law.

This allows us to publish aggregate studies on Fluid Intelligence improvement without compromising your personal identity.

5. Subscription & Right of Withdrawal

  • Right of Withdrawal (EU): In accordance with the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. However, by starting the training (accessing the dashboard content), you expressly acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed or the digital content has been accessed.
  • Performance Guarantee: Notwithstanding the above, NeliteNine offers a voluntary 14-Day Performance Guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 14 days for a full refund.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark.

Any disputes regarding this service, which cannot be resolved amicably, shall be resolved exclusively by the City Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret) as the court of first instance.
