Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Performance Guarantee

This is a voluntary guarantee offered by NeliteNine, separate from your statutory rights.

Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.

However, by logging into the platform and initiating a training session ("accessing the digital content"), you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the service and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal.

But don't worry—our voluntary Performance Guarantee (Section 1) still applies, giving you risk-free access.

Refunds are void if the account is flagged for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

• Usage of bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer the application.
• "Smurfing" or manipulating global leaderboards.

4. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund protocol, transmit a request to contact@nelitenine.com with your Account ID. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
